My bike (Honda Revere) is nearly 30 years old, I'm surprised and pleased that Fowlers have parts available, let alone on the shelf. When I ordered/paid the website told me they would be ready to collect in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I turn up and the assistant says, "I'll just go and pick those for you". OK, it didn't take him long, but why did they make me a 'promise' then fail to live up to it?

Sorry about the three stars but - Ordered two rubber side panel bungs , one came straight away, second two days later , both in big Jiffy bags and £3.00 post on each !! Total cost for two rubbers £10 even though they are £1.39 each .. Seems bonkers to me ? 🤷‍♂️

Not this order. I also own 2017 Rallye, broke little pipe on fuel pump. Your price nearly£500,that is disgraceful!!!! Cheap bike, should be sensible part price. Genuine Honda price other parts of the world £65 to £110, + carriage. You need to sort it out!!!!! Cheers Richard

Firstly the order process was misleading as I had to make a second order for the additional items short. Where the quantity mentioned 2, I assumed this to be a pair only to find out it was incorrect. At the end of the day, it would have been cheaper to purchase from the local dealer. Secondly, on both orders delivered your system fails to register the purchasers/receivers name on the billing slip. It only says To:............. A simple thing like that delayed my initial order as no one knew who had placed the order and only when opened to reveal motorcycle spares did it become evident???? That I would rate Very Poor.

Items as described and fit perfectly. Prompt postage and delivery. I feel the parts were quite expensive. At around £18 for a bolt and nut.

Fowlers parts are easy to find and order. The cost is ok but when you pay more for the postage than the parts then something needs looking at.

Ashame I was billed for backorder delivery as the balance of my £200 order came to less than £50 Confusion with two different delivery dates sent by text.

Ordered a chain and sprocket set the 350 EXC as the originals lasted so well...the set i received look and feel really cheap. Not what i expected for ordering original OEM stuff.

Ordered some parts that were out of stock and had to wait quite a long time without receiving any updates. It would help if you would provide and estimated timescale for the parts delivery when you receive the order and an update when possible.

The part was a clutch cable which fits more than one bike - and it was out of stock! Back order took a week. Is this acceptable for a service item? I would have thought items like this should always be in stock.

Great service & prompt delivery however the website is lacking status/order update information, this is vital for items on back order. Other sites provide an accurate status & estimated dates (i.e. part on order from Japan). If you want 5* & guaranteed repeat custom improve your website!

Fowlers provide a good service, but I find that a lot of parts are not available or are back order. I also find them very expensive for some things which often makes me go for non genuine or second hand parts. Delivery is good also
