Website easy to use. Part ordered and paid for easily enough. Email to say part had been despatched on 18/02/19 , however I am still waiting for part 04/03/19. Even delivery to spain should no take this long. I have no idea how part was sent , post or otherwise , so dont know who to contact.

Expensive. Yes you are able to supply certain parts for older machines but careful searches of other suppliers will provide cheaper alternatives.

Quick delivery time seeing as they were out of stock but I ordered a swing arm bearing kit for an sx 250 and x2 stickers only arrived. Can you check the part numbers and let me know if I can exchange please? Cheers

I received the wrong part, which I returned and have heard nothing since. I want part rubber grommet tapered T3020152, I got a basic round grommet which cost me in total £6.50 including return postage, the grommet is only about £1.38 in total and I still do not have the correct part!

Purchased stock mirrors. Thread should have been M10 thread per bike but for whatever reason the mirrors were M8. Fowlers unresponsive. Avoid

I actually wondered if this was a joke? Ordered a part, got an email to say the part was picked. Next day get an email to say they can't find the stock and I will be refunded. Another day on after ordering elsewhere I get an email to say the part was despatched! Sent an email to enquire what was going on and told its an automated service and despatch email sent by mistake... A bit like the email asking me to review them following my purchase! one plus was that I got my money back. Perhaps a review of your parts service needed?

I ordered a Rad cap for my Street Triple, It arrived very quickly. On opening the Jiffy bag it looked like someone had been poking around with the small plastic bag the Cap was in. On opening said bag, the top of the cap was dented and it looked like a thumb nail had pressed the top of the cap in. I fitted new cap to bike and it seems to have cured the problem and is covered by the Rad Guard, so I never returned it, or bothered you with a complaint, but it was a damaged part and shouldn't of been sent out.

I ordered some parts for my Yamaha Xenter 125.Some parts are back order and I am being told with different dates.Ending up waiting for almost two months before I got my parts.I spent quiet alot of money to this company.Communication is bad to be honest.Will avoid it next time.

Parts didnt arrive so missed a race meeting. Had to wait a week till fowlers would send any replacements. Replacements did arrive pretty quickly though.

It took FOREVER for these bits to arrive. And I’m convinced I wasn’t sent what I asked for. Still missing a bolt and tophat type nut. I shall be down soon to go to the parts dept in person. Much easier than the tiny pictures online.

KTM 450 ATV 2009: Ordered DECO Lever CPL and parts drawing (handlebar controls) shows 3 parts (item 21) lever, screw& baseplate and that’s what I assumed I would receive but only received lever

Ordered 5 parts. Received only one and was then informed the other parts were no longer available. Maybe need to update their parts inventory more often. Shame as I have always previously had excellent service from them.

i ordered a clutch housing lever from your site, it was advertised as the wrong part number on your site, unknown to me . so it first cost me the price of the item with post, then cost of post to return, then price of new revised item and post was told i would get the costs refunded to me but still haven't received them Not happy :(

I used fowlers purely because they could get my parts to me on time. After being missed from an order they where late being sent out for delivery, finally received the parts 2pm on friday, they should have been with me wednesday morning. each time i phoned i given promises that just were not kept. unfortunately not impressed im afraid

The information I received after ordering was great with emails keeping me up to date with my order as it was processed & dispatched.A week later I rang to enquire what had happened to my order. I had requested it be sent to a parcel motel. I was informed that it had been delivered 5 days ago so I contacted the parcel motel & spent a large part of my afternoon sending them information & answering their questions. Long story short, my parcel had gone to a different customer due to being incorrectly addressed. I was told to contact the retailer so I rang Fowlers back. After a little time, the member of staff that I spoke to said there had been some information come through regarding my parcel with it being returned to yourselves. They took my number saying they wanted to check to see it it had arrived back yet. After a short time the staff member did indeed ring me back to inform me that the parcel had not yet arrived back but the parts I had ordered were in stock so they would resend them. This was great. After I asked whose fault this was I was told it was not clear what had happened but that might become clear when the parcel arrived back but I would be refunded the postage I had paid. I thought this was fair but also made the staff member aware that I needed the parts for a service that was booked & I hoped I would receive them in time. I heard nothing more until I received notice from parcel motel that they had received the parcel & information about when I could collect it from the drop off point. Sadly this was too late for the booked service & I've had to re schedule it. The icing on the cake is that I have not received the promised postage refund & as I contemplated ringing to ask why I received the invite to complete this feedback so I've put it in writing here.
