“Alway a seamless transaction when dealing with forward via. I bought numerous packages in the UK and add them shipped to the US quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend their service.”

“The website is very easy to use. The products are stored well and packed well and arrived safely. The only reason I don't give 5 out of 5 is the cost. It is quite an expensive procedure. I know that this is not 100% th fault of Forward Via but maybe thy could do a deal with one or two of the freight companies to get the price down.”

“Was a very efficient service. My only complaint is it was far too expensive. The package I ordered was the size and weight of a mens hanky. The cost was over $35 AU to Australia. Great service but way too expensive for me to consider using again.”

The price paid to ForwardVia includes the use of the address, the acceptance, processing, storing, and preparation of your goods for international transit including any export paperwork required. “Portal easy to use, notifications and service are quick and efficient. Services offered are comprehensive. Only downside are the international shipping rates, they can be quite expensive even for simple/light items.”

“Shipping time was good, price was as quoted (high, but as quoted so no complaints there). I had specified a PO box for delivery, but the courier would not deliver to a PO box and I had to organise and pick it up from the depot, adding a couple of days delay. I would have liked for 'forwardvia' to inform me that the courier would not deliver to a PO box. Perhaps "no PO box" is country (or even city) specific and 'forwardvia' didn't know? But I got the thing in the end!”

“I've only been using ForwardVia for a short time. So far the service has been very good, I've received notifications on time for all relevant events and I also like all the options available like photos, labels, extra packaging and shipping. Also, the packages have been dispatched as soon as I completed entering data and payment. The only downside is the shipping prices for premium options are quite high. I don't really know the standard tariffs as I don't usually purchase items from the UK. I understand an overprice is the way ForwardVia collects its fee. But still, I just wish it were a little less expensive.”

“Service is quick and good. Despite the online filled out custom declaration (on the ForwardVia wbsite) a different short version was printed and attached to the package. Due to that, German customs priced me 10x the value. Pretty bad.”

“I use Forward Via a lot and find them very good. They look after your items and package them well and the service is very easy to use. My only criticism is the very short period they allow before you can claim the insurance for lost items. Where I live, a package can often take three months to get here. This is no fault of Forward Via. However, you can only make a claim for loss of a package within 60 days of it being sent. That means if I wait for what I think is a reasonable time and my package still does not arrive I am too late to claim. If I claim before 60 days is up and my package then turns up I have to go through all the hassle of sorting it out. Please could you give us a longer window of opportunity (say 90-100 days). Thanks”

“I live in Singapore and ordered stuff from UK and shipped with forwardia. It worked really well. But why is shipping from the UK so expensive? I ship from the US at 5 pounds a kg while cheapest from UK was 30? Crazy.”
