“It was nice dealing with you, please next time ensure you log my phone number in the shipment label. Also, ensure sharing the carrier’s information with the customer. All in all, i am glad to deal with you and definitely it will be not the last time.”

Many thanks for your feedback , we really appreciate your comments. When you order to ship, the content and all your details including your phone number you provided are automatically passed on to the Courier you've chosen. Depending on the courier, phone number may not appear on the shipping label even though it is provided. If you would like the phone number to appear on the shipping label, you could include it in your shipping address. As with the carrier's information, you should be able to see the courier's company name, tracking reference and tracking link for each completed shipping order in your account. Let us know if you need us to show you where to find it. Feel free to contact our customer support who are more than happy assist you with the above. “I got total 4 parcels shipped as for now and plan to ship more with them. They work fast, does not take too long to respond if you need help with something. Service works pretty smooth so far, I got my stuff shipped and there is no inconveniences during the process, could not ask for more, really.”
