“Dear Forwardvia Team, I used Forward2me before, but they threw out an item I bought on eBay because it was suspected to be a dangerous item. But when the same situation occurred, you unpacked it, cleaned it, repacked it, and forward it to me, so I trust you.”

“I have been using ForwardVia for a number of years. I think they provide an excellent service. The shipments are always well packaged and arrive quickly. My only complaint is the fee now being charged for each package. I usually order from Amazon and try to put everything in one order but Amazon often chooses to send out my order in different packages so I end up paying a lot more than I had hoped. Maybe they should give the first three packages free or something like that?”

Regarding the consolidation fee, the fee is applied per package that has been logged into the customer's account. This has always been our standard procedure, although we understand that retailers can split orders up and ship separately, unfortunately, we do not have control over how the retailer ships the packages. If you regularly ship with us, it may be worth considering our premium service which offers discounts on consolidation fees and shipping. It also includes extended free storage and other benefits.
