“Put an order in on, 26.11.2022. Have not received my items. I have e- mailed, and telephoned. No response to my e-mail, left messages on the answer phone , no response. The money for these items, I ordered , has been taken from my account.”

“I have never received this order and I have not received a response to my emails asking what to do next. I am appalled by this service, obviously the company has no intention of contacting me as I will be asking for my money back. This order was intended as a Christmas gift.”

Hello Diane, I have sent you two emails but it would seem these have gone to your spam folder? We are working through a number of parcels that went missing during the black friday weekend and sending them all out again today. We had to give Royal mail a reasonable time to catch up with these deliveries. Katy

“Placed order more than 3 weeks ago - still not received so impossible to review! I have not been kept updated at any stage and it was only through chasing myself that I found out the last pot was broken and you were waiting for more.
