“I think communication could be improved. Before we placed our order, we phoned with a query; we had to leave a message on the answer machine but nobody ever called us back. Half our order has arrived safely, carefully packaged and with a friendly note explaining that the remaining item would be coming via a courier. However, it has not arrived and two emails I have sent have not been acknowledged or replied to; this is a little disappointing. We are pleased with the item we have received.”

Hello Chrissie, Apologies that you haven't received your sample of wallpaper. It was sent the day after you ordered it but I suspect with the jubilee the post has taken a bit longer this week. I'll keep an eye on the tracking and it if doesn't arrive tomorrow we will get another out to you Katy
