“Excellent service, products and packaging. I had to return my first order as I had made a mistake (my own fault) and ordered the wrong size of cup. The return and refund process was really straightforward and quick. Great communication so that I was able to quickly order what I’d intended. All arrived super fast and very carefully wrapped. “First time I have used Folk Interiors. The service was fantastic and the item has arrived beautifully packaged. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was that the item I had originally purchased was not actually in stock. The team however did contact me right away and agree a suitable replacement (a full refund was also offered). I can’t fault the service at all, my only advice is to make sure the stock information is accurate! It’s a minor point though and it certainly hasn’t put me off purchasing from the website in the future.”

“Unmatchable service. When my backgammon board, a present for someone, didn’t arrive in advertised time, I contacted the excellent Katy, who arranged further super-fast delivery, gift-wrapped and re-funded the original postage. And the product - made from sustainable sources, which is what we really wanted, fitted the bill completely. Thank you Katy and Folk Interiors.
