Hello Diane, I'm so sorry your mugs haven't arrived yet. The Royal mail strikes and the Black Friday weekend coinciding isn't ideal as it's our busiest time of year. I wasn't aware that we sent out more than one review request and these are set to a few days after despatch so I will certainly look into that. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow. Katy

“Ordered 3 different sized wooden brick moulds,one was out of stock but Katy followed it up and kept me informed of it's progress until it was delivered too.Beautiful brick moulds at a good price.Would highly recommend Folk Interiors !”
