“Hasn’t arrived still. I asked customer service for advice, & was told it might turn up tomorrow (Monday). I sent another email saying this was inconvenient, but that email was ignored, & I don’t feel anything was addressed. I still don’t know why the parcel never arrived, which is why I asked customer service for their help, but felt I was left with indifference & no explanation, other than the information I already had! I had someone here this weekend to help me put it up on a second storey landing stairwell, now I will have to wait till next weekend & get them to come back.”

We completely understand how important it was for your parcel to arrive on time, particularly given the help you had arranged. We responded to your original enquiry and explained that the delay was due to an unexpected routing error by Royal Mail — something sadly outside of our control. We continued to monitor the shipment closely and shared all the information we had available at the time. However, we are very sorry if our communication felt insufficient or left you feeling unsupported — that was certainly never our intention. As a small business, we genuinely care about every customer and situation, and we apologise if this wasn’t reflected clearly enough in our response. Hi Pam, We're really sorry to hear you're disappointed and that your order hasn't arrived yet. Just to clarify — your order was placed and dispatched on Wednesday 16th. Friday 18th was a bank holiday, so Royal Mail services were paused, which likely caused a slight delay. We've checked the tracking today, and it's showing that delivery is scheduled for Saturday 19th. This is still within our advertised delivery timeframe, but we completely understand how frustrating any delay can be and truly appreciate your patience.
