They kept me informed of the delay in delivery of the item I had ordered and because it was a significant delay also offered me a discount.

I hadn’t ordered from this company before but was taken by the lovely 79’s inspired range. Bought the salad bowl as a gift for a friend. I haven’t given it yet but I hope they love it as much as I do.

Very happy with the service and attention received from Folk Interiors who put themselves out to be as helpful as possible. I also had a free delivery as my purchase was too large to fit in my car.

Service and delivery were good but the cushion inners that I ordered were quite thin and could have done with twice as much feather stuffing. I considered returning them but really needed them for the weekend so I kept them. I wouldn't order this item again.

Unfortunately, only 3 out of a set of 4 wine glasses were delivered. Further the quality of the glasses fell far short of my expectation. However the delivery was prompt and the returns system was straightforward. I look forward to receiving my refund in as short a time as possible.

Very good quality cushions. I bought them as a gift for my sister and she was delighted with them! The delivery was great too - quick and I was kept informed of progress. Wouldn't hesitate from buying online from Folk Interiors again. 5 stars!

Keep messaging me to leave feedback - firstly the promo code didn't work, i fed that back but got no reply, secondly the items I ordered still haven't arrived so I am not sure what you want me to say.....!!
