About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

I ordered 3x bunches of Sweet Winter Wonder for relatives I was unable to see before Christmas. After visiting them and seeing the bunches of flowers they received I was bitterly disappointed. Although they arrived on time, the flowers were much smaller than the picture you used on your website and shockingly the flowers were already wilting after only a couple of days. This is not something I expect to happen given the high price! I have previously ordered flowers from you for the very same relatives and they have always said how wonderful the bunches have been but on this occasion, we were left feeling embarrassed with the quality of flowers they received. We have been a loyal customer of yours for many years but will now look elsewhere. Very disappointed.

My delivery didn’t happen Poor customer service Eventually got an email saying my order had been ‘lost in transit’ I did get a refund but I just wanted the delivery to happen! I won’t be using Flying Flowers again

Unfortunately, the Flowers arrived 1 day late, not that this was a fault of Flying Flowers but the flowers arrived in a very poor & dehydrated condition with several broken stems & squashed flower heads, dropping leaves with drying petals and berries which indicated they were far from the best quality flowers in the first place. I was very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet.

You completely failed in you contract with me to deliver my orde, not only on the day contracted, but on any day. You failed to track my order, the only saving grace is that you refunded the value of my order. However, you have had "use" of my funds for many days until it arrives back in my bank. Fortunately for me flying flowers have many competitors which I will use in future

The delivery driver should never work in customer service- he was rude and arrogant to both my mother and mother in law. I'm disgusted with his attitude and will never use flying flowers again

I ordered from Ireland on Tuesday 13th Dec 22 to be delivered in UK . It is now Saturday 17th Dec and nothing has been delivered and they won't respond to my emails ,of which I sent three since Thursday !

When the flowers arrived, they were packed in a crowded/squashed fashion and the red roses were all dying and indeed have since flopped altogether. I tried to discuss this with "chat on line" but never received an answer. The whole experience has been totally unsatisfactory and I would like to get this resolved in a satisfactory manner. Will someone please contact me asap

Only today, I have been told the plant was not delivered as booked. The element of surprise vanished when it was collected from the postoffice. Terrible!!

Avoid this company! No plant was delivered. My seriously ill friend is left without a gift, and the response was "Please be assured that this has been noted and is being addressed." oh well, that's okay then! Informing me you had no intention of sending it, and refunding me in time to buy another gift would be better!!!

The recipient, an elderly lady, reported the flowers to be wilted, 2 stems broken. She did not have the technology to take a photograph. Very Disappointing as I have used your service many times, and have never been let down before. Order no FF 70019462501. BROCKWAY

Ordered well in advance for a special birthday. They did not arrive on the given date. Contacted flying flowers/interflora who claimed only 93% can be guaranteed for the delivery date. Looked at reviews and lo and behold there are any number of people who have had exactly the same experience. Seems like a lame excuse to me. Don't waste your time or money. Suport any local florist but these.

Flowers arrived dead at my Aunt's Care Home which is 50 miles away so I can't send photos, however, Flying Flowers have promised to send a replacement.

I contacted the company via email and chat to delay my order as 15mins after placing my order after I found my friend had been rushed into hospital so asked to delay the delivery but I was told the order had been placed and I later found it had been left on the doorstep. I feel this was an inappropriate and unsatisfactory conclusion. A Very Disappointing experience.
