I contacted the company via email and chat to delay my order as 15mins after placing my order after I found my friend had been rushed into hospital so asked to delay the delivery but I was told the order had been placed and I later found it had been left on the doorstep. I feel this was an inappropriate and unsatisfactory conclusion. A Very Disappointing experience.
