About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

You didn't pick up on a non delivery due to the computer glitches. When I contacted you you resent immediately. Thank you. It said you had dispatched so presume as usual Royal Mail messed up!

The flowers were not delivered to my friend for her birthday, apparently due to a computer glitch affecting Royal Mail. When I notified Flowers by Post they immediately sent a replacement. Very helpful communication and action.

liked the lack of unnecessary plastic. Sadly, the stems had been twisted round each other so it was difficult to seperate to trim the stems. Freesias had lovely scent, bit skimpy on the gypsophlia. Flowers delivered on time.

Sorry but this is not as usual, Twice this year I sent your Flowers to my sibling Sister after her discharge from Hospital this time after upbeat message. Upon each occasion at delivery date I discovered that she had been returned to Hospital after relapse. I was told that Flowers could not be taken to Hospital, so not ideal!
