About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

Ordered flowers to Jersey to arrive before mother's day. They never arrived. The website implies the flowers are sent from Jersey, hence why I ordered. However, after reaching out to say they never arrived I have been told that they company is no longer in jersey and that the flowers are dispatched from the UK. Just awful! No flowers arrived and I have been completely mislead.

Not flowers directs fault themselves but their courier royal mall, ordered flower on behalf of my dad who’s in residential car for my mum for delivery on 13th Feb (ordered on 11th) they (Royal Mail) lost them and they turned up half dead on Thursday the 15th. Flowers by post has apologised and sent some other flowers to me (which haven’t arrived at the time of the review in the 18th Feb 24 Be aware that I had issues with the delivery NOT flowers by post. Would recommend them but only because their customer service team was/is excellent

Very disappointed, didn't arrive on the ordered date and the roses were all wilted. Update:- after this review they contacted me and sent a replacement bunch which arrived on time and were in good condition. Shame it didn't happen this way the first time.

Ordered flowers to arrive on my wife’s birthday but didn’t arrive until 2 day’s after her birthday, the tracking number was pointless as the tracking site was down. So it was a total waste of time

Unfortunately the flowers never arrived. This is the first time it has ever happened and it is probably because Royal Mail are so busy but that’s their job so no excuse. It will not put me off ordering again and I have been promised a refund.

Flowers delivered to wrong address when we finally got them my wife really wasn’t impressed at all so definitely won’t be buying again as the flower on our local garage look better and quarter of the price

Ordered flowers for my best friend's sons sudden death got delivered to wrong address photo showed the garden they was delivered too they don't have a garden!!

I order Wednesday 31st select delivery date 2nd June, my friend Golden Wedding. Flowers not arrive on special day! Delivered late, 6pm Monday evening, flowers floppy and wilted.

I have used your company for over 15 years and have been very satisfied with the delivery. This last order was especially for a friend celebrating her 80th birthday. The flowers arrived a day late and in the early evening. I was very upset. You appear not to be flowers by post but flowers by courier which is not as good. This is the first time you have failed me. In the future I will have to think very carefully as to whether I use your company.

This is a copy of what I posted to TrustPilot: The flowers arrived wilted and damaged. I was told that they are in a sleeping state instead of processing a refund. Regardless, they formed a terrible gift for my partner. Avoid.

Really disappointed with this delivery, as it gave me the option of next day and didn’t arrive until two days after that, hence the flowers were not very good. You were always my ‘go to’ for online flower ordering but probably not anymore.

The flowers were a gift for my 88 year old sister. The parcel arrived 2 days after promised date and the flowers and the little vase were smashed. I do understand that you used Yodel for delivery, so the blame is with them. My sister said that the packaging was excellent. The delivery definitely to blame. Mary Fielder
