Not flowers directs fault themselves but their courier royal mall, ordered flower on behalf of my dad who’s in residential car for my mum for delivery on 13th Feb (ordered on 11th) they (Royal Mail) lost them and they turned up half dead on Thursday the 15th. Flowers by post has apologised and sent some other flowers to me (which haven’t arrived at the time of the review in the 18th Feb 24 Be aware that I had issues with the delivery NOT flowers by post. Would recommend them but only because their customer service team was/is excellent
