I have used your company for over 15 years and have been very satisfied with the delivery.
This last order was especially for a friend celebrating her 80th birthday. The flowers arrived a day late and in the early evening. I was very upset. You appear not to be flowers by post but flowers by courier which is not as good. This is the first time you have failed me. In the future I will have to think very carefully as to whether I use your company.
