About Flowers by Post:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

The white carnations arrived a day late and brown. I was very disappointed as they were ordered for the vases after the scattering of my parents ashes . I was told it was in the small print the flowers by post could take up to 72 hours which they did and they were rotten. I did get a refund and a compensation code - no intentions of ordering from them again.

Whilst I paid almost £30 the flowers were nowhere near that amount of monies worth even with a delivery charge The flowers were only 5 rose stems bulked up with very small carnation sprays to top it off they arrived a day late - hardly a good thing for “Birthday Flowers

Only half of the flowers from the picture actually arrived and the ones that did, although pretty, were a lot smaller than the ones in the photo.

I purchased these flowers for my wife’s Birthday. They arrived on Saturday by Tuesday they were dead . This is the second disappointment we have experienced this year.

I am upset to hear that this delivery was half dead and the flowers had to be thrown away after a few days. They weren’t just limp, the stems were brown. Such an embarrassment to have a memorial token (a birthday reminder of my deceased father) spoiled in this way. I would expect replacement and a refund. Susan Johnson

Flowers arrive on time, but they haven't opened. It's a weeknow. We followed the instructions. Peonies still not open. So disappointed. Expensive waste of money.

Disappointed with the lack of response to my emails referring to non delivery of my order. Flowers were due to be delivered on Monday and it’s now Wednesday evening and no delivery . Have asked for a refund today and had no reply. Customer service is key and there appears to be none here. The flowers were to be delivered to our hotel In jersey as a gift for my wife and to add to what was a nice holiday. I understand that this company is from jersey reading the website. If it is. What could be easier than a local delivery

I bought the flowers for my late husband's birthday to lay on his resting place as these were our favorite flowers and they prove to be very disappointing nothing like the photo very small blooms considering the cost. my family were also disappointed. will not use them again.

The flowers were sent with part of the address missing. The didn't arrive at the correct address. 15% on selected items on a future order is just not good enough

Honestly we've used your site a few times, usually for bereavement occasions. You've let us down once before and we just used you for a 70th birthday gift and it was really poor quality. Some snapped flowers, and it wasn't worth even half of the cost. We should have gone to a supermarket. Shocking

Not sure what to say - parcel arrived in delivery office sat morning and is still there - a replacement had to be sent which arrived 3 days late. Haven’t found out where fault is but won,t use again

My mother in law had a card put in her post box saying the parcel/ flowers had been placed in her rubbish bin. They should have been delivered last Friday today is Tuesday! No date on the card. She only found the flowers when she put rubbish in the bin.
