I am upset to hear that this delivery was half dead and the flowers had to be thrown away after a few days. They weren’t just limp, the stems were brown.
Such an embarrassment to have a memorial token (a birthday reminder of my deceased father) spoiled in this way.
I would expect replacement and a refund.
