“I received an email on 29/12/14 telling me that my order had been delivered. This was certainly not the case because someone at the shop confirmed that earlier today however, I received exactly the same email today when in fact the flowers were delivered. Regrettably they were left with our next door neighbour because we were not in at the time, and I had requested a window during the morning in your special requests space which was ignored and seems rather superfluous. I will not be using your service again because I am disappointed that an order placed 5 days ago could not be delivered in what was quite a wide window of opportunity, and was obviously given no order of priority”

Hi Glenn, I'm very sorry you were disappointed with the fact your flowers weren't delivered during the time you requested. You only gave us an hour and half window to deliver your flowers during a morning where we had wedding flowers to deliver, which take priority. This was explained to you over the phone, and once again, I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Kind Regards, Katie.

“The website was easy to navigate the flowers were delivered on time and were excellent. I was also contacted by Nattrasses as I forgot to say who they were from and thought this was good as they didn't want to release my details without permission so brilliant service. I moved from Hurworth to Nottingham a few years ago but still always use Nattrasses for flowers as I can always rely on the quality and service.”

“Easy and quick to Order online and liked the update to say the flowers were out for delivery. An improvement would have been a text or email to say that flowers had been successfully delivered. I have used different companies in the past and they have provided this service.”

“Flowers by Nattrass were our chosen florist for our wedding at Rockliffe Hall on 9 Aug 2014. Right from our initial discussion with Sally at the Rockliffe Wedding Fayre it was obvious that she "got it" right away and that she had a vast amount of experience to bring to bear which helped since some of our guests had varying degrees of pollen and flower allergies. I even ordered my mum's Mother Day from you this year. She lives in Birmingham and she loved them. I even had a chance to see them 2 and half weeks after Mother's Day. The rooms were laid out exactly as requested and helped create a great ambience. My bouquet complemented my dress perfectly together with the bridesmaids bouquets, fresh flowers for the hair, the thank you bouquets and the buttonholes for the rest of the wedding party. It was an honour to work with such a professional team with impeccable standards. Thank you to Sally and the Flowers By Nattrass team who contributed hugely to our special day. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. Einna and Martin”

“Nattrass recently did the flowers for my wedding. Not only was the planning personal and friendly, the flowers beautiful and the delivery stress free but they also went that extra mile. They calmed me down and even quickly made me up another table decoration on the night before when I didn't order enough. I really couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you so much.”
