“Very dissapointed with the service today. Went in to buy some flowers for my mother, and one of the staff was helping me pick out the flowers. A colleague of hers was extremely rude telling us that they have to leave and are closing. They made me rush buying my flowers which were not what I wanted as I was rushed. Will never shop with nattrass again. It should have been made clear that they do not want to serve customers, instead of letting me come in. They also charged me over just because they were in too much of a rush to actually add up how much it was. I was suppose to be charged £9.75 however was charged £10. Don't waste your money here, go elsewhere where you will not be rushed and over charged just so they can get home.”

“I used Nattrass flowers for my wedding in September last year. What can I say, what they created was outstanding and exactly what I had in my head. I ordered bouquets for myself and the bridesmaids, button holes for the men and centrepieces for the wedding reception. They were so full and colorful and we received so many compliments from our guests. They really gave our venue the WOW factor and I would highly recommend using them for your next event. They are also extremely good value and are bang up to date on the latest wedding trends. Top marks from a very happy bride xxx”

“I received an email on 29/12/14 telling me that my order had been delivered. This was certainly not the case because someone at the shop confirmed that earlier today however, I received exactly the same email today when in fact the flowers were delivered. Regrettably they were left with our next door neighbour because we were not in at the time, and I had requested a window during the morning in your special requests space which was ignored and seems rather superfluous. I will not be using your service again because I am disappointed that an order placed 5 days ago could not be delivered in what was quite a wide window of opportunity, and was obviously given no order of priority”

Hi Glenn, I'm very sorry you were disappointed with the fact your flowers weren't delivered during the time you requested. You only gave us an hour and half window to deliver your flowers during a morning where we had wedding flowers to deliver, which take priority. “The website was easy to navigate the flowers were delivered on time and were excellent. I was also contacted by Nattrasses as I forgot to say who they were from and thought this was good as they didn't want to release my details without permission so brilliant service. I moved from Hurworth to Nottingham a few years ago but still always use Nattrasses for flowers as I can always rely on the quality and service.”

“Easy and quick to Order online and liked the update to say the flowers were out for delivery. An improvement would have been a text or email to say that flowers had been successfully delivered. I have used different companies in the past and they have provided this service.”
