“The flowers were amazing!!! Better than I had ever imagined they would be! Firstly I would like to thank you again for making samples of the table centers and bouquet before the wedding - this really helped settle my mind with the final decision. However, even though I had seen the samples the actual flowers on the day still blew me away! My bouquet was perfect, exactly what I wanted. The bridesmaid bouquets were also stunning and complimented my bouquet perfectly. As did the button holes and corsages. The flowers in the Orangery were stunning - you made the orangery even more beautiful than it is already and when i first saw the room when I can down the aisle I was in awe, the room totally took my breath away - you created the perfect room to be married in! The flowers in the Rockliffe suite were also amazing and made the room look amazing! We really cannot compliment the flowers anymore - they were fresh, perfect colour, size, design etc - everything was beautiful! Our guests were amazed by the flowers, they really were the best flowers we have ever seen and we can not thank you enough for them. Naomi and Phil”

“A slight problem with the flower arrangement, about which I was informed by Email, was solved very quickly. The flowers arrived on time and my wife (whose birthday it was) found them absolutely delightful.I can't speak too highly of the customer relations.”

“I bought some flowers on Friday 12th as it was our 10 year anniversary and we used yourselves in 2006. My wife loved them to start, but after 4 days they now look unappealing. As they cost 3 times my usual budget I'd hoped for better, sorry to pass such negative feedback.”

“They were exactly what I ordered and delivered in the time I asked however we have only had the flowers for three days and they have started dying already. Compared to supermarket flowers for £10 which last atleast a couple of weeks”

“Flowers ordred @ 2030, were delivered the next day before 1100. Can't get a better service then that. I was told that the delivrey driver was a very nice and friendly chap. My 1st expirince with nattrass but won't be my last. Would defo recommend. A +++++++”

“I have ordered the same bouquet of flowers twice now and both times have came completely different. I understand that avallibilly of the flowers are not a guarantee but I hoped when I ordered the flowers they would have resembled the picture on the website, not something just made up with any flowers that came to hand at the time. On the plus side the quality and presentation is excellent. Kind regards Mr Twizell”
