“I live in Australia, and wanted to cheer my mum up by buying her some flowers. Nattrass has always had a great reputation and I was delighted that you lived up to it. I ordered the flowers about 4am UK time, and they were delivered to a DL2 postcode around 9am the same day! Mum said they were excellent and the photos certainly prove her point. Thank you for making both our day :)”

“The flowers were ordered as a mother's day gift. I oredered online, the arrangement was stunning, just as good as on the website. The customer service from Natrass was also good, my mum didn't answer the first time but they took the time to call me and they attempted a second delivery.”

“Flowers were for my wife's 70th birthday. My son and daughter both ordered flowers from interflora. I asked for a morning delivery. Flowers from Interflora arrived 9.15am Flowers from Nattrass arrive 11.55am”

“Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day online on Valentine's Day roughly about 16:15 and requested them to be deleivered on the 15th as I ordered them too late in the day but I received a phone call saying they could be delivered the same day!! Great service worth every penny!”

“Delivery was very fast, but flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. Only informed after I made a complaint that the items to make up the arrangement I had ordered were not in stock. I was offered 20% my next order (if I ordered in the next month). Unfortunately the recipient was terminally ill and it was just to send something to say we were thinking of you. So probably not going to use it.”

“Decided to use Nattrass for a personal bouquet of flowers for a friend, I'd previously used them for my wedding flowers which were absolutely perfect and very reasonably priced. I ordered some flowers at 8.30am and they were delivered at 11am - super speedy delivery and the recipient was very happy with them. Would definitely order again!”
