At Flexed, we offer a smarter alternative to your average car lease contract. Whereby our minimum lease period is 28 days! From then you have the power to return or swap your vehicle at any point without incurring any charges.

Simply log onto our website, choose from our incredible selection of cars ranging from economical city cars, family sized hatchbacks, large luxurious SUVs or even fire-breathing sports cars. There is enough choice to suit any type of driver for any type of occasion.

Once you’ve chosen your vehicle, speak to a member of our team who will then guide you through each step of our quick application process.

After all the initial checks are made, your online agreement will be ready to sign. Once that’s been done, you can be driving away in your new car less than 48 hours after your first contact!

This was my second car lease and l was disappointed with this collection. Both drivers and passenger seats were heavily stained which hadn’t been recorded on the collection sheet. Also the fuel cap wouldn’t open due to a loose cable. There was some waste food products in the drivers door too which l only noticed once back at home. Not the service l have experienced previously and the reason for the rating.

I've personally looked into this for you and I can see that our valet checks were missed in light of that, I've put a £20 credit on your account to reimburse you for any valeting costs. The pre-arrangements were excellent with prompt and efficient booking service. Collecting the car could have been better. The garage is very far out of town and a complementary collection from the station would have been a nice idea. The car had many sun-dried spots so a full inspection of the body-work was not possible but the agent was quite thorough and offered to wash the car again if I had time, which I didn't. I was told the car was low on petrol and just had to return it with the same amount of petrol - little did I realize it was almost empty and within a few minutes the warning sound of a low tank was sounding, I had no idea how far I could travel and where the nearest garage was - this was a major service failing. I was worried I would run out of petrol but fortunately stumbled across a filling station before too long. ALL CARS SHOULD BE SUPPLIED WITH A FULL TANK!!! I am happy with the quality of the car provided but the handover let the company down badly.

Hello Ian, Thanks for the feedback regarding your recent experience. We've just moved to our new site so we're still working out the kinks. However are only 2.6 miles away from York Station and you can reach us by bus or taxi which shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes. We have trialed collections from the train station, but with how often trains get canceled or delayed, it did prove to be quite challenging to organise drivers around this. All our cars should have a minimum of 1/4 tank which will grant about 100 miles. However we are right next door to a big tesco if anyone that comes and collects lives further afield. So we have taken this feedback on board. Thanks, Mark

Lot of confusion about the paperwork, back and forth, and felt unhelpful for a while. Then OK. If I had time to look around I would have gone elsewhere

Hello there! Thanks for taking the time to review our services, I've looked into your booking to better understand your points raised. I can see that your contract was at the point of ordering the vehicle to delivery was under 24 hours and due to the time criticality, it did not leave us with much room if any details were to change. It looks like the insurance details provided added an additional driver last minute which meant a change to your premium and subsequently meant your lease agreement had to be re-sent to reflect those details. In addition to the above, I believe the original car you were interested in was no longer available so we had to organise a suitable replacement which also meant another change in your contract. With these factors considered, I can fully understand why there were elements of going back and forth. However, our team did try their best to ensure the car was delivered on time within the specified timeframes. Kind Regards, Mark

Difficult forms to complete which is unnecessary. No insurance for over 70s and limits on car availability and expensive delivery charges. All of these are bettered by the competition.

Hello Subash, Thanks for your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. The forms online are required to complete a credit check and to sign your lease agreement with us - without either of these legal requirements, we are unable to provide you with a vehicle. We are aware of our insurance product limiting drivers over 70s, but it is something we are currently in discussion with our provider and hopefully, we should be able to roll out a suitable solution in the near future. However, we have designed our lease contacts so that customers may use their own policy if they wish. This enables them to use any pre-existing or new policies which might work out more cost-effective in the long run. With car availability, this is unfortunately a factor beyond our control. New car production at the moment is very fickle, which means our fleet is a lot 'leaner' compared to historical levels. Friendly and prompt staff. Lots of hidden charges and bureaucracy. Delivery prompt and informative but delivery mileage taken from monthly allowance. Good car but limited and ever changing car model availability. Overall experience took the shine off what seemed a good service.

Furthermore, we are in the midst of a global supply issue that has affected the production of new vehicles and has reduced the availability of new cars and our fleet choice is reflected within that. Generally happy with respects to having my expectation met. Was disappointed by the compounding charges for reservation, cost of utility and delivery & collection; greater transparency would have been welcomed upfront; little empathy from sales team when questioned.

For new customers, we send a 'Welcome to Flexed' email which contains potential costs (e.g. joining fee, delivery and collection costs) of leasing with us. Furthermore, we would not proceed with the application once the quotation has been accepted by both parties. Unable to check vehicles on collection fully as it was raining and the car was soaking wet. Felt pressured to sign for it as staff were getting wet. Hope it’s ok on return!
