At Flexed, we offer a smarter alternative to your average car lease contract. Whereby our minimum lease period is 28 days! From then you have the power to return or swap your vehicle at any point without incurring any charges.

Simply log onto our website, choose from our incredible selection of cars ranging from economical city cars, family sized hatchbacks, large luxurious SUVs or even fire-breathing sports cars. There is enough choice to suit any type of driver for any type of occasion.

Once you’ve chosen your vehicle, speak to a member of our team who will then guide you through each step of our quick application process.

After all the initial checks are made, your online agreement will be ready to sign. Once that’s been done, you can be driving away in your new car less than 48 hours after your first contact!

Richard was a great help! I had no clue what I was doing when hiring a car but he was always happy to explain everything! Zero faults at all, quick and easy collection and everything could be filled out online! 🎉 Thank you!

This is the second time we've used Flexed. The process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints other than the underwriting policy which discriminates against those who've not lived in the UK permanently for 5 years. I would think this service is for people like us who don't need a car 12 months of the year and don't live here all year round, having homes elsewhere. If an individual has passed all the tests and is a good paying customer, asking for a 500 pounds security deposit makes no sense and should be reviewed.

Hello Jennifer, Thank you for the 5-star review and your feedback regarding our underwriting policies. To ensure that we comply with the FCA guidelines, our leases for both returning and new customers involve a credit and verification check before customers receive their vehicle. If the applicant has been out of the UK this makes the checks much harder to perform and as such we may ask for a refundable deposit as an added security measure within our contracts. With that being said, I have passed your comments on to my colleagues on the underwriting team to see if this is an area that can be more accessible for returning customers. All seamless and at good price! Gareth and Mark we're incredibly efficient and prompt with replies and phone calls, meaning that the whole thing from enquiry, through paperwork and on to organising delivery was done in a single day. Delivery is less than 3 working days away too. Superb

Difficult forms to complete which is unnecessary. No insurance for over 70s and limits on car availability and expensive delivery charges. All of these are bettered by the competition.

Hello Subash, Thanks for your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. The forms online are required to complete a credit check and to sign your lease agreement with us - without either of these legal requirements, we are unable to provide you with a vehicle. We are aware of our insurance product limiting drivers over 70s, but it is something we are currently in discussion with our provider and hopefully, we should be able to roll out a suitable solution in the near future. However, we have designed our lease contacts so that customers may use their own policy if they wish. This enables them to use any pre-existing or new policies which might work out more cost-effective in the long run. With car availability, this is unfortunately a factor beyond our control. New car production at the moment is very fickle, which means our fleet is a lot 'leaner' compared to historical levels. In all truth...I was very anxious..I found the staff to be uncaring....matter of fact on many of my calls....at one point I was going to throw in the towel and forget the whole transaction.

Love the car but it turned up with a faulty public charging cable so couldn’t charge it, when I called to report it I was told to take it to the nearest Jaguar dealer which was over an hour away, why wasn’t it checked before delivery?

Very impressed by the excellent customer service and responsiveness of the Flexed team. Car was unfortunately delivered with a slow puncture caused by a nail in the tyre but was fixed with a quick trip to Kwik Fit and was repaired in 30 mins on the company account. V
