“From start to finish they were professional, friendly and gerally very helpful. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the car I signed up for had to be swooped to a 4 wheel driver version. This was more an issue with their supplier than DHL themselves.”

“Great service, really helpful salesman. Good communication after sale agreed while awaiting delivery. Only negative was the car was delivered with the petrol gauge flashing red. Unnerving in a car you don't know how far you can go on a petrol warning.”

The situation you mention does sound unnerving as you say and we are sorry to hear about your experience. We have piloted various different paid and free of charge delivery/collection options in the past to try improve the experience in this regard. However low uptake meant these alternatives were subsequently stopped.
