“Told Frazer Morrison my budget and he came back with several options and never tried to “sell” me anything that was above my budget. Was kept fully in the know at all stages from ordering to delivery. I would have no problem recommending FVL to anybody who is looking to lease a vehicle.”

“FVL were very attentive to my needs. They kept me informed on the delivery of my vehicle st all times as it did change a couple of times. My one piece of constructive criticism is that it would have been nice to have a single point of contact as I had contact from at least 5 different people from FVL. A single point of contact from start to finish would have provided continuity and a better customer experience.”
