“We have used FireText to support us in running a study of child development, and FireText has been a game-changer! It has been super easy to send texts to all our participants inviting them to complete surveys, and we've really liked being able to automatically customise the texts using the children's names. Being able to reply to texts directly from our email inbox has also been hugely helpful for making sure everyone receives quick replies. The lovely FireText team have always been quick to reply to queries and happy to talk through solutions. Thank you!”
