“It isn't often that people leave comments about great customer service, but I thought this site really deserve it. Every step of the customer journey made me laugh; from placing my order to receiving my confirmation emails. The language and tone of voice used by the team made the experience so much more pleasurable and I immediately shared some of the email content that I received with my family and friends - who are now also shopping on Firebox. Clever marketing tool as I now think of Firebox for all my wacky present needs.”

“Ordered three grip strips on the 2nd December , plenty of time for Xmas . Received email two days later stating they are out of stock???? and they would be in on the 11th. I then "emailed them again " in the 15th as they still hadn't arrived to be told pathetically that they had a glitch in their system and would not have stock in until January. Angry doesn't even sum up how I feel right now. !!!”

The whole ordering and delivery process is so quick and easy, it almost tempts me back every time to buy more of the awesome and quirky things available on Firebox. Also, if you're stuck on gift ideas, this is the site where you can find something for everyone... that's if you don't end up keeping it for yourself when it arrives.”
