The items are always good quality and at competitive prices and they come well packaged and in good condition. Firebox are probably the most unique website I have ever used - they are quirky and fun. “If you are willing to spend just that little bit extra then there really is something for everyone and anyone. Plenty of items which I have never seen before and every item is at a brilliant quality. The delivery is fast and nothing ever gets damaged. I have am a regular customer of Firebox. “Totally chilled out shopping experience online....never fail to find something for that awkward person you don't know what to buy !!! Also love the originality of the whole correspondence emails and the little personal effort that they put in....oh and they have so much to offer....a huge variety when gift shopping ????
