I have emailed them twice about the same order that I placed and have had zero response back. I gave them the order number and my name and still nothing. I ordered well before the Christmas deadline and I am pretty sure it will be late but I wont know until I get it if I ever even get it. After trying calling several times with no answer I have kind of given up with phone calls. This website is a SCAM. if it isn't, and is actually a legitimate site they need much better customer service.

Waited over 10 days to receive my order and then when it arrived it was smashed to smithereens. The mug was not packaged appropriately.

Gifts good Not impressed at paying for delivery because my item was out of stock, especially after I spent over £100 on gifts!! Did try sending message about this and never received a reply!!!

ordered on Saturday 7th but still not received my order. I have found the company very unresponsive to emails and still not had a reply. The link to my order on the confirmation email said that my order was not recognised

Sadly I cant give a 0 star rating ..ordered my item and they lost the first one ..then said it's been dispatched and now have said it wont be here in time for christmas . Contacted numerous times and yet to receive my refund ..so gutted and disappointed

my order its not comming , How i see the other a comment , U writing email , text ot WhatApp , only a computer its answering, we know its busy , but i hope we get some answer , its a presents that we waiting, and if they don’t come until christmas its nowone to get u the money back , if somebody know something more than me , pleas let me know , thank you !!!

Received an email on the 10th December to say item had been dispatched, estimated delivery on the 11th December, but it’s now the 17th and there is no sign of my parcel and I have no tracking details for it. I don’t mind if it’s going to take longer than they first expected to deliver, as long as I get the item in time for Christmas, however I think it’s really poor service that Firebox have not responded to a single email, WhatsApp message, website query or Facebook message to help me locate this parcel! Don’t advertise all these streams of contact when you cant actually manage them all!! The only response I got was on Instagram to say they don’t deal with queries on there. Not helpful. I know it’s a busy time, but everyone else I’ve ordered from has managed so I wouldn’t bother with firebox. I just want to know if I need to buy a new gift to replace this one that Firebox won’t help me with

I will never use this company again. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 6 days ago and paid for next day delivery. My order has still not arrived 6 days later. The phone line tells you to email or live chat. I've done both of these and nobody has responded to either. So now I've spent a load of money for something I no longer need and can't even get a refund. Very poor and not what I expected from this company at all.

Utter waste of money. Convinced her to read it for the glitter that didn't open but it did detach the sound from its power source. Very definitely not indestructable. Very very disappointed

Ordered several items on next day delivery. Some days after and no items have yet arrived with the tracker system still saying dispatched (did from almost point of order 3 days earlier). Main number is automated and hangs up. WhatsApp unresponsive and no reply to emails. Total lack of customer service

I am disgusted at the service I have received. It took a week for the parcel to get to me... for it then to be an empty tube is disgusting. I have tried to contact the company now for multiple days with not a single reply from any of the different ways of contact! I would expect a full refund but can’t even get hold of anyone to sort this problem out! Disgusting service!

Got a mushion for a friend for Christmas, when personalising I was told the photo was high quality so I proceed to pay the almost £20 when it (finally) arrived it came in a plastic shoddy bag, I then opened it to find the final result is poor, the photo on it is pale and pixilated and the quality and stitching is awful, I'm embarrassed to be handing this friend her mushion because of the state of the pillow itself

Hey! Thank you for taking the time to review us and share your thoughts on us. We have been quite alarmed that you are still waiting for your order so have of course looked into it. You placed your order on the early hours of Dec 3rd and it was later dispatched at 9PM using Untracked International Airmail. Due to your chosen delivery method, we are unable to locate the whereabouts of your parcel. However, international delivery is usually 7-10 business days meaning that the estimated delivery window is between 12th and 17th of December. It is still within that time frame so it might turn up any time now. On the very rare occasion that there are any hold ups during customs, it may take up to 20 business days. This means that the VERY lastest your parcel should be with you is by Dec 31st. Do get in touch if your goodies are not found by then and we will of course do everything we can to help!
