Asked for gift wrap on presents never got it. I did pay for it and still not sure if I was returned my money for the charge. Gifts are really cheap one doesn’t work the other was not what it looked like online!

bought a massaging sloth for granddaughters Christmas present. Did not work so had to rewire it to brig a smile back to her face.

Page is clear and sometimes funny to read, but when you get to actually doing business with them, it gets terrible. They sent my product, and I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks! I sent an email to their customer care to hear where my package was, and no respond. I sent another injury, and still, no response. Finally, after three weeks, my parcel came, and I got my packet. I ordered card game, which was packaged with so much filler, that it was amusing. And, to this day, they haven't got back to me via email, or otherwise. I strongly advise not to buy anything from here.

Do not order from this company! They only delivered half of my order, it wasn’t in time for Xmas When I ordered it on the 10th dec, they have kept my money for items I didn’t receive and have not been replying to any of my correspondence through any form of contact.

I was very disappointed with what I ordered. I order every Christmas and birthdays through the year the mystery gadget box, I order three at Christmas and around two/three through the year. Unfortunately I ordered my usual boxes and so did my two brother we all ended up with the same gift boxes twice. This was such disappointment! There should be a variety or a choice 3 different boxes just like the secret Santa boxes. I won’t be ordering these again it’s such a waste of money.

Customer service stopped answering when I asked for the third time where the shipment was. no shipment details, no delivery. If there’s no refund, it’s a scam.

I have consistently tried to contact Firebox about my order, to no avail. Originally, I emailed and gave the company more than the 3-5 day estimated response time, and then contacted the company via LiveChat, Facebook, and Twitter, and still received no reply. My order status has consistently just stated that it's in a warehouse for picking for the last three weeks. I have not received my order or any information about it from the company. If you're thinking about it, pass on this website to save you the headache and hassle of trying to get any product or information from them.

Still waiting for my order....thanks for the 'Royal Mail tracking number' too..(that Royal Mail have no parcel linked to) ...con artist's. I won't be letting this go. I'll try my hardest to get my money back and make sure people stay very clear of you and your fake site.

Ordered on 18th Dec, email saying it was dispatched on 20th Dec, now 28th and still no sign of order! Sent three emails and a WhatsApp message and still no reply.

gift was ordered December 20th and I payed £8 delivery for it to come by Christmas however it's currently the 28th and no parcel has arrived.
