“The product was garbage and not worth even a dollar. It did not work. I have made three attempts via email to return the product And no response. Do not buy anything from firebox. Horrible product and even worse customer service.”

“I ordered a Mushion on the 16th December, the notice on the page said to order before the 17th for delivery before Christmas. It has not been delivered and I have received no update at all with news of whats happening (I wouldn't have a problem with it being late if I had been told before hand), this was supposed to be a christmas present for a friend... I have now tried to contact customer services 5 times (email, facebook message, facebook post, whattsapp message and commenting on their posts) with no response, I don't get a lot of phone signal to be able to call so have had to wait until I return to work to be able to phone. All responses I have had say they will respond within 2 days... this has not happened, appalling customer service.”

“Page is clear and sometimes funny to read, but when you get to actually doing business with them, it gets terrible. They sent my product, and I didn't hear anything from them for two weeks! I sent an email to their customer care to hear where my package was, and no respond. I sent another injury, and still, no response. Finally, after three weeks, my parcel came, and I got my packet. I ordered card game, which was packaged with so much filler, that it was amusing. And, to this day, they haven't got back to me via email, or otherwise. I strongly advise not to buy anything from here.”

“Do not order from this company! They only delivered half of my order, it wasn’t in time for Xmas When I ordered it on the 10th dec, they have kept my money for items I didn’t receive and have not been replying to any of my correspondence through any form of contact.”

“I was very disappointed with what I ordered. I order every Christmas and birthdays through the year the mystery gadget box, I order three at Christmas and around two/three through the year. Unfortunately I ordered my usual boxes and so did my two brother we all ended up with the same gift boxes twice. This was such disappointment! There should be a variety or a choice 3 different boxes just like the secret Santa boxes. I won’t be ordering these again it’s such a waste of money.”
