They sent me the wrong item. I ordered choclate and recived vodka.

I have previously received very good service from Firebox, so when a delivery was dispatched late, I decided to give them another chance and place a second order a few days later (it still said they could deliver in time for Christmas). This was a poor and misguided decision on my part. I now have £120 worth of gifts sitting in an empty office in Milton Keynes and another £100 on its way to my parents’ house in London. I assume this will be delivered sometime in the New Year.

Firebox has asked me to complete this feedback. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received the items ordered. Think will have to return and get a refund - if they're ever delivered!

This is my first experience of Firebox, having ordered the Walking Dead Monopoly set from their very professional looking spread in a national newspaper. I paid by credit card, received a confirmatory e-mail stating my order had been dispatched and with a Yodel tracking number on the 10th December. By the 18th of December I still had not received it, (having already been charged for the item) and contacted Yodel. They informed me that they had received the paperwork for my item, hence they had a tracking number, yet it appears that Firebox have not sent them the item for them to dispatch to me. So, Firebox have my money, I do not have my Monopoly set. As a first time customer, I am very disappointed and unless they can resolve this quickly, I will be a last time customer. On the basis of this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. This of course may change, should I receive the product I ordered and paid for.

I've been waiting for two weeks to have my parcel delivered because Firebox left the first line of my address off the parcel. When I contacted them they just said Yodel was having a few delays. If Firebox spent 10 seconds looking at the tracking they would have identified the problem. Last time I buy from Firebox

Been waiting 10 days for my items keep getting fobbed off with pitifull excuses have used them several times but i won't be buying from them again

Wrong item sent and at my cost had to go to the post office to return though postage label was printed. Still waiting for correct product after nearly 9 days since original order.

My second order...JD0002250012240515 arrived quite promptly within 3 days. My first order....JD0002250012230722 still has not arrived even after 8 days. I have had 3 separate e-mails from your delivery company over 3 different days telling me my parcel is coming. I have stayed at home on all occasions and bloody nothing has arrived. I have written to them and they have just ignored me. I have told them to get my parcel to me today or to return it to you for a full and immediate refund. SO FAR nothing....no e-mails , no parcel. I am sick of them and you for not keeping a closer watch on your delivery service. It is now up to you to hassle with them over this order as I am finished. Give me a full refund on this order immediately (I will be checking with my credit card company to see how long it has taken.) I'm very satisifed with both products that I ordered, but delivery times were utter rubbish and totally made up. Staff were overly friendly in emails which I think is actually very unprofessional (I'm not your bestest buddy, so it just comes across as patronising) and none of the customer service staff that replied to my query were actually of any help as none of them seemed to know what was going on. One of the products that I ordered was a 'direct despatch' item, which wasn't overly clear on the website, but it basically means that Firebox has absolutely no control over when the product is sent out as it's coming from another company, so it could take a lot longer to turn up than the products coming from their warehouse. Which is exactly what happened to me. Firebox even sent me an email saying that both of the items I had ordered were on their way to me, but the direct despatch item took a week longer than their item to be delivered. I just wish Firebox would have been straight with me from the beginning, and made it clear on the website that the direct despatch item would have taken up to 7-10 days longer or something, but even after contacting customer services directly, I wasn't able to get a straight answer about when my order would arrive. I'm satisfied with the products, but not the service and I just wish I'd bought them elsewhere and saved myself a lot of hassle.

Delivery appointment missed 3 times, so I lost vacation days. Poor customer service to resolve. When it finally did arrive 3 items were broken. Will never use them again.

waited from 11th november till 21st november did not arrive sent out on the11th nov 2014 when i phoned i was told out of stock, but it was sent

The products are very good. However I paid extra for their gift-wrapping service as I didn't want my friend to see what I had bought him. Unfortunately, they didn't provide this service, but they did charge me for it. I e-mailed them and they did refund me for the gift-wrapping. However, my friend has now seen his Christmas presents... which has kind of ruined our Christmas between us!

It speaks Japanese doesn't even speak English so annoying whenever you open the fridge, English would be far better. I would say they are not worth £15 just rubbish
