“I was delighted with communication from Firebox and speed of delivery of items ordered (one bag of very😂 strong coffee and 2 toilet lights). All items were ordered as Christmas gifts. The two toilet lights were disappointing- both had a small part (the same small part) rattling round the boxes on arrival- the glue wasn’t strong enough! Also - although they claim to be static or scrolling colour, there are no instructions as to how to achieve your choice. As these are intended as amusing stocking gifts, I am keeping them and not returning, but my little feeling of disappointment lingers. Overall though, I’m likely to shop Firebox again”

“Firebox customer service is second to none! I made a really silly error on an order and Tom was beyond helpful to fix it even though it was my fault. My email was responded to in less than 10 minutes and I can’t think of another company who have ever been that quick. Very impressed, thank you!”

“Childe was amazing. My parcel was delayed when I’d ordered next day delivery because of an issue with YODEL. I just had to explain this and a full shipping refund was organised, and they have enquired with YODEL themselves so I don’t have to spend the time doing it. Great service!!”

“I had a problem with an item that had been damaged in transit and firebox were so brilliant at resolving it- they were really friendly and professional in their emails, Andrew dealt with it really efficiently, and I had received a new one within two days. Their products are excellent and customer service is first class.”

“Such amazing customer service. Considering the current lockdown taking place, the level off attention and friendliness was second to none. I had the lovely Annabelle dealing with my enquiry and I felt as if response was sent with a massive smile on her face. The whole process was quick, attentive and followed through to completion. What a great company and thank you again for making my enquiry, although a small one, easy and enjoyable for want of a better word. Thank you Annabelle.”

“Ordered snow globe light up gin. Not cheap at £28. Light did not work. Offered £5 refund as item out of stock. Not very impressed, and yes we can drink the gin but it was bought more for it's ornamental value. Would rather have been given the option of returning item seeing as it was faulty. Will probably not order again.”

“I had a slight mishap with the courier delivering my parcel and they sent it back to firebox, i emailed about it and had the amazing childe give me a hand, they offered to send out a whole new order before the original was back to them with 1 day shipping, I love ordering from here and really appreciate the help and kindness I got from childe, thankyou very much!”

“An absolute legend of a company!! for the last 3 years probably more now I have bought 70% of Christmas presents and a good 60% of birthday presents from firebox and they have never disappointed.. EVER! Shopping dose not come with a large dose of hilarity unless your buying from firebox the amount of random funny absurd gifts you can buy just makes crimbo birthday any present buying FUN!!! shipping is always top quality as a whole firebox is 120% awesome in every way. Cant wait to see peoples faces this Christmas.”
