I received my order of chocolate bombs, one of which was broken in transit, I spoke with annabelle over WhatsApp, who was very kind and understanding, very quick response and informed me that the chocolate bombs were sadly out of stock, but she sorted me out a refund the same day, very happy with the service provided by annabelle ☺️ thank you

Fantastic customer service! I was being pretty annoying about amending an order but Annabelle helped get everything sorted to align with my expectations, and I could honestly ask for nothing more. Brilliant service, will be sure to buy more from here!

My delivery got lost in the mail and Crystal in customer service was very quick to respond and send out the item again and with faster shipping than I was going to get before. So helpful and I got the product within like a week. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you thank you!

Customer service is always the best with this company. Never had the slightest fault with them. Whenever anything went wrong, let me add normally something I’ve done wrong with my order. They’ve fixed it effortlessly.

On this occasion, I would like to publicly praise the Firebox company and Mr Andrew from customer service. The shipment with my order was lost in the delivery process and was never delivered to me. Angry and sad I contacted customer service and Mr Andrew sent me the same item again without any problems. I can’t say how thrilled I was with his decision and how grateful I am for it. Very often I have the opportunity to contact various customer service and on this occasion I want to publicly express my enthusiasm Firebox company customer service since this kind of humanity and professionalism is not experienced often. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Firebox and Mr Andrew for everything they have done for me and wish them much more business and private success. Keep up the good work. Customer Service is absolutely amazingly friendly and helpful! My Parcel got lost (I blame DHL) and Andrew from Firebox support was quick to respond and always helpful in getting my items to me as quickly as possible! I will definitely be ordering from this company again!

I ordered a present for my daughter and within hours I found out it was the wrong one. The team were excellent at advising what I needed to do to arrange the return and a refund was processed efficiently. Very happy

My customer service advisor, Andrew was an absolute ROCKSTAR. I purchased a gift and wanted to send it directly to my sister so it would arrive in time for Christmas but accidentally put my address. I was told that the information was already sent to their supplier but Andrew was able to get the information quickly to the supplier and update my order!

Following a bit of a muddle with the wrong bottle arriving, some of the BEST customer service ever, where staff responded to me super quickly, fixed it all within a few minutes, sent out a new bottle and sent a really lovely email. Fab. Plus it all arrived well wrapped, super quickly and undamaged. Fantastic selection. :D

I placed an order recently which Yodel delivered a day early. whilst I was away, even though I had planned for it to be delivered when I was in. Unfortunately I don't have concrete proof, but I suspect this resulted in some very unscrupulous neighbours stealing some of the contents. Whilst the fault is really with Yodel and said awful neighbours, Firebox did all they could to fix the issue with good humour and kindness, by replacing the missing items, which restores my faith in humanity somewhat. Thanks Childe, you are brilliant! I would definitely recommend ordering from them, a company that actually cares about it's customers! Thanks again! :-)

My order took a bit longer to be dispatched, not realising it was Black Friday when I ordered (I know, I've been living in a cave 🤦‍♀️). It was a Secret Santa present I needed to take into work today so I contacted Firebox and my order got prioritised and dispatched straight away and it arrived on Saturday. Amazing customer service, despite the current world wide chaos they still managed to get my order out quickly. Five stars!

I ordered 6 items from Firebox. I received 5 of the items in 3 different deliveries, and the last one (personalised gift wrap that I was going to use for all the other items which were Christmas gifts) probably got lost and I did not receive it. Two weeks have passed and Firebox was not able to track the parcel despite the ridiculous amount of money spent for the delivery (€22,75), and asked me to wait one month before I can request a refund (and of course it's going to be too late for Christmas) In the I did not receive a refund and I cannot use the gift wrap to ship my Christmas presents. The only thing they did was refunding me of half the shipping cost.

Hey friend, Thanks for taking the time to review Firebox, though we are sorry that this was not the experience we both hoped for. We've looked into your order and can see you've been waiting on your personalised wrapping paper, which was dispatched individually. We are so sorry this item is running late. The shipping charge of €22,75 that you mention, covers the postage and packaging cost of all 5 items. We have refunded you the 50% of this cost for the delay experienced with one of these five items in your order. As our colleague has advised, we are afraid that we have to allow a further 10 working days for the parcel to turn up. This is due to the COVID-19 impact on delivery services. We have received reports of nation-wide delays. We are truly sorry for this delay. Rest assured that should you be without parcel on Dec 17th, we will issue you a full refund for the missing item. In the meantime, should there be anything further that we can do then don't hesitate to get back in touch with us via e-mail on info@firebox.com Regards, The Firebox team
