We're so sorry to hear that the frame arrived damaged. We have been selling this item for a few years and have not had similar feedback so we're hoping this is an isolated incident. Having reviewed your order, I can see it was placed at 7:30pm on Tuesday 14th and is scheduled to arrive today. We state on the website that cut off for next-day delivery is 3:45pm I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear.
As a token of goodwill, I have refunded the delivery charge. I trust the item is still required, but should you wish to return it, please contact our customer service team.

Having investigated the issue, I can see we had correctly sent your order to our supplier on both occasions (including a picture the second time). Sadly, this was still issued incorrectly. This is an isolated issue and not our typical customer experience so please accept our sincere apologies for this repeated error.
