“Well the gift that i bought was ok but the delivery was not what i expected i payed £7.99 for the next day delivery but it came 3 days later so its not worth paying for that delivery i will use them again only because they have good trips available”

I can see that this was indeed ordered with Next Working Day delivery on a Sunday, meaning it was dispatched on Monday to be delivered Tuesday. It says on the tracking that delivery was attempted at 9:50am on the Tuesday but no one was home, and that it was subsequently delivered the following day.
This should have been left in a safe place or posted through a letterbox, so we will take this feedback on board and relay this to our courier. I have issued you a refund for the £7.99 delivery fee that you paid and I will forward you the tracking information privately.

“I have used them before and they are great gifts. Yesterday I ordered an item and today by mistake, I have ordered it again. I immediately realised and wanted to cancel. But looking on the site I am unable to do that. I found this very disappointing”

“Not received the order yet, hopefully tomorrow although I have not had a response to my message sent just after placing the order asking if I could pay extra for a quicker delivery as I forgot to change it beforehand”
