“It’s my 20 year wedding anniversary this month and my husband said I could pick a new engagement ring, as mine was very worn. “I rang 2 or 3 jewellers as I required my wedding ring to be cut off and I also had 2 pieces of jewellery that required the clasps to be repaired. F. Hinds were brilliant they were the only jeweller who would offer this service free of charge. Other jewellers advised me to go to A & E and they did not repair it on site but asked for £ 25 per item to have sent off for a quote and if you didn't like the quote and use the service you wouldn't get the deposit back. F Hinds were very efficient and friendly. I will be going back to them in the new year to have my wedding ring - re-sized and fitted.”
