“The young girl at Stockton branch has been fantastic. We had a few problems caused by no communication, another branch who were meant to send a ring for collection. We waited weeks to collect it, heard nothing so went in to find out they weren’tsending it, no explanation & hadn’t contacted anyone to say they weren’t going to send it. Eventually after 3 visits & several weeks while other staff just said ‘it’s not here’ the other younger girl who originally served us recognised us & stepped in & managed to sort out a replacement. It arrived in 3 days & she rang me straight away. So all ended well & we're very grateful to the young girl, we never got her name unfortunately. You’ve got some very sloppy staff but one amazing member of staff at Stockton. The 5 stars are for her, otherwise it would’ve been 1 star.”
