“I visited your store this morning enquiring about a jewellery box for our daughter. The young gentleman serving me went to considerable trouble in the back room to bring out the available stock, one of which was particularly suitable. It had a Chinese style about it and he listened patiently as I told him about our daughter being adopted from China and the necklaces that would be put in the box had been given to us when we returned to. Gina as a family by people involved with her adoption. An altogether positive experience with your company. Thankyou!”

“I did the click and collect option and picked up my items from the Merthyr Tydfil branch. One item for myself the other item a present. The customer service was excellent. I decided to have the present gift wrapped which looked amazing I'm sure the person is going to love it. I would recommend this jewellery shop.”
