Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

“The lady in Hinds was extremely helpful. I had bought some watches in an auction, and took them in to get new batteries, etc. She could not have been more knowledgeable and lovely. Unfortunately, it was her last day of working with Hinds, so when I go back to collect one of the watches which has been sent away for service, she will not be there. I hope her replacement is as nice! (Horsham branch)”

“Went to Chappell out let store in Bridgend to take back bracelet that had broken. Got new bracelet & staff very helpful & polite. Only problem was asked for bracelet to be sent to F.Hinds Carmarthen & saw sales assistant type in that instruction but bracelet was sent back to Bridgend which is quite a distance from where I live.”
