“I purchased a bracelet with engraving. The initial advice for the engraving turned out to be poor. This resulted in the engraving needing to be re-done. The final result was much better and we were very happy with the efforts made to rectify the original poor advice.”

“The lady was very helpful with the purchase of my watch and talked to me about the different watchs then my wife wanted to buy a silver wedding scroll which was priced in the window at £12.99 but when got to the till it was £32.00 at that point she asked the manager what she could do and the manager was rude and refused to sell the item”
