“The lady who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable and took a link out of my new watch in no time at all. She also set the time and date for me before giving it to me. Very professional I only wish I had caught her name so I could single her out for praise. Would shop here again”

“Lifetime battery warranty on 2 watches since 2016. Batteries always last 1 and a half years. This time they broke a spring bar in the clasp and replaced it without asking. Therefore I was charged unexpectedly upon collection.”
