“The service, warmth, kindness and professionalism of Kelly H was exceptional. We came to shop for wedding bands and were delighted that it was all so seamless. We weren’t pressured with time, there was no judgement or prejudice which we can often experience as a same sex couple. “I purchased a bracelet with engraving. The initial advice for the engraving turned out to be poor. This resulted in the engraving needing to be re-done. The final result was much better and we were very happy with the efforts made to rectify the original poor advice.”
