Ever since George Henry Hinds opened our first store in 1856, we’ve built our reputation on family values.

Now run by the sixth generation of Hinds members, we have over 1,000 incredible staff across 118 stores and our Uxbridge HQ. They may not all share the Hinds name, but they’re all part of the family. And that family feel is what makes the service we offer you so personal.

“I visited your Trowbridge branch on Monday 9th October to have some batteries replaced in two watches. I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful lady and subsequently by a male member of staff who replaced the batteries as a matter of priority,as he was aware I was in a hurry. He was extremely professional,polite and friendly( and he smiled throughout the whole process!) It was a pleasure to visit your store!”
