“We found the customer service extremely helpful especially as we had our young teenager daughter with us, (who this email is wrongly addressed to. Can you please change the name to Mrs Lesley Hardcastle. We are aware that we were purchasing a necklace for our daughter and that is probably where the confusion comes from) we are now going back to see if the matching earrings are still available. Kind, patient friendly service is in abundance there and is an example to many others in the service industry.”
