“Horrible I bought 2 tickets for a show for September 28, 2023 to Candlelight: Tribute to Queen and when I purchased got tickets for the wrong date August 31, 2023. Day before the event I checked my tickets and realized they had sent me the wrong date. Called and nothing was done but saying Iβm sorry we canβt do anything for you. Better check your tickets real close with this company or you will lose your money.”

Seating is on a first come first served basis, so the advice is get there early. The email conversation was left open so I could ask further questions if required, I didn't, but nice to have the option. Looking forward to attending the concert.
