“My wife accidentally bought two sets of 5 tickets instead of one set. It was for a Lego exhibition and after attending it with my kids she was surprised to see an email reminder for the second purchase scheduled for the following day. She immediately contacted Fever customer service to explain and get a refund for the next day tickets. Basically Fever said that all sales are final and they don’t issue refunds. After a few back and forth emails they had zero flexibility and didn’t offer a credit/discount for a future show.”

“We were aware of the strict policy of attendance no later than 5 minutes before 18:00 hours. We were outside the venue at 17:55 excactly, and the door lock sounded quite literally right as we were outside, we knocked at the door immediately. After about 10 minutes (around 18:05) a staff member came outside and told us that she couldn't let us in because of policy, while we were literally seeing the venue, arrangements and people going in and out of places and toilets behind her. We were 6 paying customers that were denied entry, when there was practically no problem letting us in to sit down quietly. Several of us asked kindly, but the staff lady wouldnt allow it.”

The performance itself was fine, but the program was completely different: they played only classical music and none of the listed songs. That’s a major change from what was marketed, and it left me feeling deceived. I would not have bought tickets if the real program had been disclosed.”
“This review is not about the show. The show hasn't happened yet. They cancelled the show due to weather. It's trying to get the vouchers to get tickets to see the show. The tickets for the show (same show) have gone up so the vouchers don't cover your tickets. You have to pay more. Also...if you purchased four tickets originally, you have to purchase all four of them at the same time, when using the voucher. Otherwise it will be, 5 live chats, a 15 minute phone call, and 9 emails later...and still no resolution.”
“I was at the Queen show with Harriet Stubbs as pianist and it was an amazing experience all the way through. Queen is one of my all-time favorite bands, but this concert showed me a way to appreciate their music that I had never considered. It was eye and ear opening. The setting; in a gorgeous, reverberant church glowing with candlelight, was a delight and Harriet Stubbs performance was a tour de force! Imagine Bohemian Rhapsody coming out of just two hands!
