Due to a last minute train strike, which meant we wouldn't be able to get to the exhibition, I contacted Fever to ask if it would be possible to reschedule. I received a prompt and informative response and an exchange voucher was issued. Fabulous and friendly customer service. Thank you

Amazing. Fast friendly brilliant service. Followed up and secured my experience. Changed something I messed up. Will use fever for all my future trips and excursions. I’m sold and hooked. I had requested a refund/ to move ticket to another date (I hadn't thought I would get a refund) and received a voucher. I sent an email on Saturday & received a response at 8.20am the next day; the query was resolved within 10 minutes after my next response. Customer service was excellent.
