I had requested a refund/ to move ticket to another date (I hadn't thought I would get a refund) and received a voucher. I sent an email on Saturday & received a response at 8.20am the next day; the query was resolved within 10 minutes after my next response. Customer service was excellent.

I arrived a month early for a booking and while they couldn't accommodate on the day they were very helpful and offered a voucher to reschedule for another time. When I realised the voucher had expired they responded almost immediately and arranged for it to be extended allowing me to rebook our family trip.

As a wheelchair-user I bring an assistant with me. I sent the request for a free ticket which was answered quickly and easily explained how to add it to my ticket.
